5th ‘Norfolk Goes to War’ illustrated talk by Neil Storey

7-30 Little Theatre organised by Sheringham History Society

6th ‘Lest we Forget’ production by five local schools afternoon performance 1-30 pm at the Little Theatre

‘Why did WW1 Happen’ illustrated talk by Tony Taylor-Neale 7-30 Little Theatre organised by Sheringham History Society

7th ‘Clamber up the Crucifix’ WW1 play by ‘Off the Fence Theatre Company’ 7-30 Little Theatre Adults 10 Students 5

Sheringham Primary School children set up exhibition at St Peters Church highlighting the involvement of local families in WW1

8th Sheringham & Cromer Choral Society with the English Chamber Orchestra present the ‘WW1 Centenary Remembrance Concert’ featuring the specially composed piece on the life of Edith Cavell Tickets from Little Theatre 12 in advance, 15 on door

9th Remembrance Service at Sheringham War Memorial at 10-45 followed by service at St. Peters 11-15

10th ‘War and Peace’ poetry 2-30 – 4-30 St Peters Church with refreshments, organised by the Cley Poetry Circle

11th 640 Sheringham Primary School will attend a children’s Service of Remembrance at St Peters Church

Sheringham Mo Museum on the promenade will be open all this Remembrance Week with a special ‘Sheringham WW1’ exhibition
