Chop, Chop, Kerri

Kerri Clarke has Haircut for Charity 2016On Tuesday 19th April at High Noon, Kerri Clarke will be having a minimum of 10 inches cut off her hair. This is to raise awareness of The Little Princess Trust and raise funds for the Royal British Legion.

Her hair is being donated to the Little Princess Trust who have been helping children with hair loss for 10 years now.

Over that time, they have given away over 4,000 free, real hair wigs, to sick boys and girls across the UK and Ireland who have lost their own hair due to cancer treatment. More information can be found at

Kerri Clarke fundraising for The Royal British Legion to run 2017 Marathon.Kerri is running the London Marathon in 2017 on behalf of The Royal British Legion and any donations raised by her haircut will go into her marathon fund.

She has to raise the minimum sponsorship of 1,800 to use one of the Legion’s charity places. Details about The Legion can be found at:

Kerri is a member of the Sheringham & District Branch of The Royal British Legion and the welfare of ex-service personnel and their dependents is a cause very close to her heart.

This haircut will be taking place at Solo Hair Fashions in Barford Road, Sheringham.

Nigel Manson will be completing the dirty deed, the only hairdresser that she trusts!!!

Sponsor tins can be found at Solo Hair Fashions in Sheringham, Parker & Gillam Opticians in Holt and The Red Hart Public House in Bodham.

Alternatively, if you cannot get to a donation tin, donations can be sent by cheque made out to Mrs M Clarke, to Hon Secretary, Sheringham & District Branch, The Royal British Legion, Highlands, Cromer Road, Bodham, NR25 6QG.

Any support for this cause would be very much appreciated.
