The following people were presented with awards for their service to the Community at Oddfellows Hall.  Everything they do is much appreciated and it was an honour to be there to see them receiving recognition from the Town for all their hard work.

Alfie Cox For work over and above the call of duty the Community Centre, now retiring	Mrs Bunty Farrow For work over many years for British Legion and especially Poppy Appeal	Dr John Gardiner For work with Preservation Society, Sheringham Trails and Heritage Trail
Anne Webster For work on SheringhamPlus Environment Group Art & Sculpture Trail	Jennifer Mold For work on SheringhamPlus Environment Group Art & Sculpture Trail	Clive & Margaret Mitchell For work as Chairman of Sheringham Horticultural Society, now standing down	Dennis & Janice Smith For their work for National Childrens Home and organising Christmas Lunches at the Methodist Church for many years. Now standing down
Barry Starling For work over the last three years with Economy Group SheringhamPlus	David Waters For his work over several years for raising money for charity and assistance at Sheringham Carnival with strongman competitions and as an ambassador for Sheringham in his wrestling and strongman career, now sadly at an end.	Janet Farrow For work with restarting Sheringham Chamber of Trade	Sheringham Carnival Committee For all the work they do, not only during Carnival Week, but throughout the year with organising the event
		Sheringham RNLI For being volunteers and always on call for that emergency that they hope will not happen	The Sheringham Shantymen For their community work and fundraising for charity and for being excellent ambassadors for Sheringham in their travels at home and abroad

Briony King For volunteer work with Sheringham Primary School Nursery

John Peacock For many contributions to the Community and Treasurer for Macmillan Care

Gay Rees For work with Cats Lifeline Trust as Sheringwood

Mr & Mrs George Pearts For their kindness to all in Upper Sheringham even at their age (late seventies?) and work in the Churchyard over many years

Sheringham Lobster Potties For being excellent emissaries for Sheringham their travels and for organising the annual Potty Festival

Sheringham Salvation Army Band For their work throughout the community and beyond

Sheringham Football Club Management Team For work with the club over several years and helping to bring Sheringham to a Cup Final at Carrow Road

Sheringham in Bloom For continually working hard to keep Sheringham in the forefront of Anglia and Britain in Bloom

Sheringham Youth Club Volunteers For their continued work in providing and running the Youth Club at the Community Centre
